Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes it’s called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

 

Thai Traditional Massage

Traditional Thai Massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

Neck & Shoulder Massage

The main purpose of Neck and Shoulder Massage is to eliminate the tension and the spasms from the muscles, improve circulation as well as encouraging relaxation. An improvement in circulation will bring more oxygen and nutrients to the problem areas and this will speed up recovery.

Sports Massage Therapy

Sports Massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity.This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups. 

Foot Reflexology Massage

Foot Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. People who practice this technique are called reflexologists.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is the practice of heating smooth stones and placing them on various areas of the body during a massage. They can either be left on tense spots or used by hand to aid in heating and relaxing sore muscles, and it feels nothing short of amazing.
